Delivery FAQ

Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 4–5 hour time window provided the evening before delivery
  • Driver will call 30–60 mins before arrival
  • Delays possible due to weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or prior deliveries

Delivery Coverage & Fees

  • GTA delivery within 20km of our store
  • Free delivery & setup for orders $999+ CAD
  • $99 fee for orders under $999 CAD
  • Over 50 km: contact 647-885-5669 for special arrangements & fees

Accepting a Delivery

  • Person 18+ must sign and guide delivery crew
  • Elevator access must be arranged for condos/apartments
  • Balances paid in full 2 days before delivery (in-store or e-transfer to modernlifehome@gmail.com with invoice number)
  • No cash-on-delivery orders

Order Pickups

  • Bring sales receipt to 660 Denison St, Markham
  • Items may be in cartons and require assembly at home
  • Staff assist with loading into vehicle
  • Customer responsible for securing items for safe transport
  • Damage during transit not covered under warranty or returnable
